Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address,name of receiver,telephone number, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. You are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if you are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if you do not anticipate that you will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and WE will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.
Returns or Exchange
- If you received an item that has been damaged,please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your item(s).We will further instruct you on how those item(s) will be exchanged/replaced.Items damaged and not reported within 5 working days of receiving shipment will not be exchanged or replaced.
- Returns or Exchange must be initiated within 5 working days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason,you may send the item back (at buyer's expense) for a refund. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded,a 30% of order amount will be deducted as restore fee,the buyer must ensure confirmed return deliver.StudioLightsKit will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
- Each item must be returned back in the original packaging,items can't be used or damaged, If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form.No returns will be accepted without this form.
