Returns or Exchange

StudioLightsKit provides a hassle free returns or exchange policy and we believe that no purchase is complete until our customers are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it's exactly what you were expecting. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 5 days of the ship-to date for the full purchase price minus any restore fee,shipping or handling fees and duties,taxes where may applicable.

Returns or Exchange must be authorized within five (5) days from the time you receive your package by contacting StudioLightsKit via email. You may be asked to fill in a Returns or Exchange form after which a return number will be issued by www.StudioLightsKit.com for any returns or exchange. Late returns may incur 30% restocking fees.

Here are details you should learn:
* If you received an item that has been damaged,please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your item(s).We will further instruct you on how those item(s) will be exchanged/replaced.Items damaged and not reported within 5 working days of receiving shipment will not be exchanged or replaced.
* Returns or Exchange must be initiated within 5 working days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason,you may send the item back (at buyer's expense) for a refund. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded,a 30% of order amount will be deducted as restore fee,the buyer must ensure confirmed return deliver.StudioLightsKit will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
* Each item must be returned back in the original packaging,items can't be used or damaged, If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund, please contact us for a Returns or Exchange Form.No returns will be accepted without this form.

Light Bulbs & Special Order Returns
Light bulbs (flash or continuous) and special orders are not refundable.please noted special offer has discount off.

Damaged/Non-Working Item Returns
Any damages or defective items must be reported within 5 working days of receiving the order. Proof of damage maybe requested if applicable prior to issuing any returns or exchange form.

Free shipping Returns
Items that were sold with $0.00 handlding/shipping or “Free Shipping” will be refunded Only item exact value.a 30% restoreing fee may be apply.

All returns must meet the following requirements:
* Include a Return Number pre-issued by a StudioLightsKit.
* Be in the original packaging complete with all collateral materials such as cases, cables, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the package (if any parts are missing in the return you will not be given a refund until all are returned. We will charge a shipping cost if a customer asks for a  returned item to be re-sent).
* Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear (A fee will be charged for any parts that have been damaged. If the item looks like it has been used more than for test purpose’s, the return may be refused or a re-stocking fee of 30% be assessed.)
* Packages returned back to StudioLightsKit must be sent prepaid and via insured mail. We will not be held responsible for any return items getting lost in transit. Ensure that you retain any proof of shipment. COD deliveries will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any exchange/refund if merchandise is sent back in an unfavorable condition.
* No returns/refunds/exchanges if the following has been done (1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than us; (2) physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; (3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.

Refund Processing
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item. For faster processing, please ensure that products are returned complete with all original materials. Shipping, Hangling Charges, Duties or Taxes are not refunded. Damaged or Defective Items
At StudioLightsKit we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or defective items will only be exchanged for identical items.StudioLightsKit reserves the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund of we feel that our refund policy is being abused or taken advantage of.

Warranty
Most of our items are covered by a 6 month warranty from the time of purchase. Bulbs and backdrops are an exception.
In the event that your equipment requires any repairs or service please contact us first to ensure your product is covered by a warranty and to obtain a Return form. No returns will be accepted without prior permission from us.Any warranty repairs, adjustments or replacements will only be offered provided the equipment has not been, misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, grit, impact, physically broken parts or or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations.
