How to confirm placed order successfully ?
You will get an automatic email notification once order was placed,you can read a order number belong to yours,meanwhile,our payment method is paypal,you may also receive a paypal notification via email as well.(If you are not sure if order completed,simply contact us or email us at studiolightskit(at)gmail.com,we will response you to take care your order.

Has my order shipped?
We will send out an email once an order has been shipped. You may also find out if your order has shipped by clicking on the "My Account" link and checking the order status from there.

How do I track my order?
You may track your orders by going to your account.meanwhile,we will send tracking number to your registered email and tell a carrier website to track shipment progress.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?
If you received an item that has been damaged,please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your item(s).We will further instruct you on how those item(s) will be exchanged/replaced.Items damaged and not reported within 3 days of receiving shipment will not be exchanged or replaced.(see details of our terms and condition)

My order has not arrived. What can I do?
First try to track your order.If your order status indicates your package has been delivered,please contact us immediately.

How long do you take before shipping out an order?
There is a 1-2 day processing time on all orders received. You will receive an email notice once your order has been shipped. Keep in mind that no shipments are made over the weekend or on Public Holidays.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change. How long before I receive my order?
Although we will make every to deliver your order in a timely manner, we can not guarantee any delivery times. Final delivery time will vary depending on destination, shipping method requested, and the size and bulk of the item(s) ordered. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. However, no shipping takes place over weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or over Public Holidays. In most case,customers received order within 7-10 business day.if you haven't get a shipment in 7-10 business day,please contact us for shipping status.

How will my order be shipped?
We deliveried packages via USPS,EMS,UPS,FEDEX,DHL,these depend on customers demands.but please noted our FREE SHIPPING shipping only for USPS and EMS shipment,other shipping method has extra shipping cost may applied.

Why is my order being delayed?
Orders may be delayed for the following reasons:

- Severe weather and acts of god including snow storms, tornados, twisters, severe rain warnings, severe cold or other unforeseen events which prevent the delivery according to the estimated times. We are not responsible for delivery under these type of circumstances.
- Order is pending a credit approval and fraud verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order is shipped to a special location such as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or APO/FPO.
- Carrier has attempted to delivery your package at your house,but no one at home to sign for package,in this case,you will expecting a redelivery.
- You provided a invalid shipping address,in that case,please make sure provide us a correct shipping address,name,telephone number,this is very IMPORTANT !

How do I return an item I purchased?
Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason,you may send the item back (at buyer's expense) for a refund. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded,a 30% of order amount will be deducted as restore fee,the buyer must ensure confirmed return deliver.StudioLightsKit will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Each item must be returned back in the original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form.No returns will be accepted without this form.( see details of returns or exchange )

I received a damaged item. How do I exchange it?
Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Damaged or defective items can only be exchanged for the same item. If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. No exchanges will be made without this form. Damaged items must be sent back to StudioHut before an exchange will be made. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to StudioHut and for ensuring its confirmed arrival.
